Job Summary: We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established, physician-owned multi-specialty group. The Physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care, focusing on evaluation, treatment planning, and long-term patient management.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Perform follow-ups and medication management
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation (eClinicalWorks)
• Collaborate with care teams and participate in shared calls
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree from an accredited program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for Utah medical license
• Ability to obtain credentialing and insurance approvals
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
