Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and experienced cleaning contractor to perform deep cleaning services for guest turnover units in multi-family apartment complexes located in Salt Lake City, UT. The contractor must provide their own cleaning supplies, equipment, and transportation.
Schedule: On-call - Day Shift
Typical earnings: $115-$170 per unit cleaning depending on the size

Scope of Work
- Travel to assigned multi-family apartment communities
- Perform move-in / move-out cleaning for vacant units
- Provide carpet cleaning services as needed
- Clean offices, clubhouse, and model units on a scheduled basis
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of all areas, including:
- Kitchens (appliances, cabinets, countertops)
- Bathrooms (fixtures, surfaces, disinfection)
- Bedrooms, living areas, and balconies
- Clean windows (interior/exterior where applicable)
- Remove trash and recycling
- Maintain hallways and common areas (sweeping, scrubbing, etc.)
- Maintain exterior areas (courtyards, amenities, light power washing, debris removal)
- Use our mobile app to check in/out and upload photos
Compensation
- Rates are negotiable and will be agreed upon based on the scope of work and unit types
- We are open to establishing a pricing list in collaboration with selected vendors
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience (residential, commercial, Airbnb, turnover, hotel, etc.)
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license
- Ability to travel within the property or between nearby locations
- Must have a smartphone with internet access (iOS 14+ or Android 7+)
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Willingness to complete a background check
How the Contract Will Be Assigned
- If your business is selected, we may begin with a trial service visit to ensure quality standards and workflow alignment.
- Upon successful completion, the location will be assigned as a recurring service contract.
How You Will Get Paid
- Services are completed within a Monday-Sunday cycle.
- An invoice draft will be shared the following week for confirmation.
- Payments are processed via direct deposit on Fridays for the previous week's approved services.
