Job Description Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist – Manchester, PA
Day or Night Shift available.

You Will
- Execute preventive maintenance and make precise adjustments to reduce downtime.
- Diagnose and repair issues spanning mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems.
- Respond to breakdowns quickly and safely; own emergency maintenance when needed.
- Document work orders and equipment history with accuracy.
- Assist with equipment installations, modifications, testing, and startup activities.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality on reliability improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement by recommending process and equipment enhancements.
- Support changeovers, shutdowns, and special project work.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Follow all safety, food safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
You Have
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years in a maintenance role within manufacturing, industrial, or food production.
- Hands-on troubleshooting strengths and solid mechanical aptitude.
- Working knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and diagnostic equipment.
- Team mindset with the ability to work independently; organized and proactive.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
Bonus Points
- Technical degree, apprenticeship, or vocational training (Maintenance, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, Electrical Technology, or related).
- Exposure to PLCs, automation, VFDs, robotics, and industrial controls.
- Trade certifications (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Welding, etc.).
- Food manufacturing experience and knowledge of GMPs.
Physical + Safety
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and climb during the shift.
- Lift/move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Work at heights and in confined spaces as needed.
- Use required PPE.
Environment includes moving machinery, industrial equipment, temperature swings, noise, and industrial chemicals. Safety comes first: adhere to all company safety, food safety, quality, and environmental standards.
