We're looking for a Ski Manufacturing Technician who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a team dedicated to building some of the finest skis in the world.

Pay: $20.00/hourSchedule: Full-Time | 4-10 hr shifts Benefits:

What You'll Be Doing
As a Ski Manufacturing Technician, you'll work throughout the manufacturing process to help build premium skis from start to finish. This is a cross-functional role where you'll learn multiple production areas and contribute to every stage of manufacturing.
Your day may include:
- Preparing, staging, and organizing materials for production
- Assembling ski components with precision and attention to detail
- Operating production machinery, hand tools, and specialized equipment
- Sanding, routing, trimming, grinding, and performing other finishing operations
- Performing quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
- Monitoring materials and reporting quality or equipment concerns
- Rotating between production departments as business needs require
- Working closely with teammates to meet daily production goals
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to improve safety, quality, and efficiency

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate production equipment and hand tools
- Ability to learn multiple manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Willingness to be clean shaven when required for respirator fit testing and safety compliance

A Few Things to Know
This position requires:
- Standing for up to 10-hour shifts
- Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
- Working with production equipment, machinery, and power tools
- Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and respirators when required
- Exposure to manufacturing materials, dust, noise, and production environments
- Regular lifting of materials weighing up to 60 pounds
