Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Develop and maintain BIM models for low voltage and technology systems using Autodesk Revit.
- Create coordinated layouts, plans, details, schedules, and construction documents.
- Coordinate designs with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection reviews.
- Incorporate project revisions, RFIs, and coordination comments into project models.
- Assist engineers and designers throughout project development.
- Support BIM standards, quality control, and best modeling practices.
- Participate in occasional field verification and site coordination activities.
- Help deliver high-quality projects while meeting schedules and deadlines.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in BIM, drafting, engineering technology, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of BIM modeling or drafting experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Autodesk Revit is required.
- AutoCAD experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction documentation and multidisciplinary project coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within collaborative project teams.
