**Join Our Team as a Surgical First Assistant!** - **Position:** Travel - Surgical First Assistant (801) - **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM - **Duration:** 13 Week Assignment, 36 Hours per Week **Unit Information:** - **Department:** Cardiac First Assistant Tech – Vein Harvester - **Number of CVORs:** 2.5 - **On Call Requirements:** Every third weekend, every third weekday - **Weekend Requirements:** Rotate call every third **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - **Must Have:** - Minimum of 2 years of independent Endoscopic Vein Harvest experience utilizing either Terumo or Maquet 6 Pro - Minimum of 2 years of Open Heart First Assist experience - **Preferred Qualifications:** - Additional experience or certifications in relevant procedures and techniques **Typical Procedures Performed:** - CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting) - Valve repair/replacement - TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement) - Aorta repair (open and endovascular) - Thoracic procedures **Best Personality Fit:** - Team-oriented and adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment **REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:** - CSFA (Certified Surgical First Assistant), CFA (Certified First Assistant), or SA-C (Surgical Assistant Certified) **Dress Code:** - Scrub color and attire provided by the hospital **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
