We're looking for Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) who are passionate about helping people recover, improve function, and achieve their movement goals through skilled, therapeutic bodywork.
This is a treatment-focused environment—not a traditional spa setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll provide customized, outcome-driven treatments designed to help clients:
- Reduce pain and tension
- Improve mobility and flexibility
- Recover from workouts, injuries, and daily stress
- Enhance physical performance and movement quality
- Support long-term health and wellness goals
Common techniques may include:
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Therapeutic Massage
- Sports Massage
- Myofascial Release
- Trigger Point Therapy
- Assisted Stretching
- Corrective and Recovery-Based Bodywork
Every client is different, so you'll be encouraged to evaluate needs, adjust your approach, and create a meaningful treatment experience tailored to each individual.

Requirements
Required
- Active Utah Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
- Strong understanding of anatomy and biomechanics
- Ability to perform deep tissue and therapeutic work
Preferred (Not Required)
- Sports massage or injury-focused experience
- Familiarity with myofascial, neuromuscular, or orthopedic techniques
- Experience with cupping, scraping, or assisted stretching
- SOAP notes or treatment planning experience
Pay & Compensation
- Base Pay: $25–$35 per massage hour
- Tips: Typically $15–$25 per hour
- Total Expected Earnings: $40–$60+ per hour
