Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and families while providing an exceptional customer service experience from consultation through treatment completion.
- Present treatment plans, review recommended procedures, and clearly explain financial arrangements and insurance benefits.
- Coordinate patient scheduling to maximize provider efficiency and ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Verify insurance coverage, obtain pre-authorizations as needed, and maintain accurate patient financial records.
- Build lasting relationships with patients and families by providing compassionate communication and outstanding follow-up throughout their treatment journey.
Requirements:
- Previous dental treatment coordinating, patient coordinating, or dental front office experience preferred.
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification, treatment presentation, and financial arrangements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with children and parents.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
