Qualifications for the Restaurant General Manager position in Salt Lake City, UT:
- A business-focused mindset, with the ability to drive operations and maximize profitability.
- Proven Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience required.
- At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in foodservice or quick-service restaurants.
- Comfortable leading all aspects of hiring, training, and performance management.
- Experience in managing inventory, cost controls, and cash handling.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
