Roofing Sales Consultant

We're looking for an experienced Roofing Sales Consultant who understands the roofing industry, enjoys working with homeowners, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners and business owners to inspect roofing systems.
- Identify roofing, gutter, siding, soffit, fascia, and architectural metal needs.
- Generate accurate estimates and present solutions that fit the customer's goals.
- Educate customers on roofing materials, ventilation, insurance restoration, and premium roofing options.
- Sell asphalt shingles, standing seam metal roofing, architectural metal roofing, ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) panel systems, gutters, siding, and custom sheet metal solutions.
- Build relationships with homeowners, real estate professionals, insurance professionals, and referral partners.
- Maintain detailed records using company software including Roofr, Trello, and Google Workspace.
- Coordinate smooth handoffs to production after contracts are signed.
- Follow up with customers throughout the project and request reviews after completion.
Required
- Roofing sales or roofing industry experience.
- Strong sales ability with a proven history of closing projects.
- Honest, trustworthy, and customer focused.
- Excellent work ethic and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized with good follow-through.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and CRM software.
Preferred
- Experience with insurance restoration.
- Knowledge of residential roofing systems.
- Experience selling premium roofing products such as standing seam metal or architectural metal.
- Existing referral network is a plus.

Our compensation package includes:

Compensation will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
