Intermountain Harley-Davidson has been serving Utah riders for more than 40 years and is home to the largest Harley-Davidson inventory in the state. We're looking for a Parts Consultant who already understands the Harley lifestyle, knows motorcycles, and enjoys helping riders build, maintain, and personalize their machines.
Whether it's helping a customer find the right Screamin' Eagle® upgrade, matching components for a performance build, or tracking down the perfect accessory for their next ride, you'll be the go-to resource for our customers and our dealership team.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting Harley-Davidson Genuine Motor Parts & Accessories (P&A)
- Recommend upgrades, performance parts, and customization options based on rider goals
- Support Service Advisors and Technicians by sourcing parts quickly and accurately
- Maintain strong product knowledge on current and legacy Harley-Davidson models
- Process parts orders, special orders, and inventory transactions
- Help maintain an organized, accurate, and customer-focused parts department
- Build relationships with riders and create a best-in-class dealership experience
What We're Looking For
✅ Harley-Davidson knowledge strongly preferred
✅ Powersports, motorcycle, automotive, or dealership parts experience preferred
✅ Understanding of Harley-Davidson models, fitment, P&A, and customization
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
✅ Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
✅ Passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Harley-Davidson dealership experience
- Parts counter experience
- Experience with CDK Lightspeed or dealership inventory systems
- A motorcycle endorsement and active riding experience
- Knowledge of aftermarket performance products and custom builds
Schedule
- Five-day work week between Monday–Saturday
- Saturdays are required
- Dealership is closed on Sundays
- One additional day off during the week
