Job DescriptionJob Summary
Looking for a full-time residential HVAC lead Installer join our team. We provide clean quality installations of residential HVAC equipment. Needs to have good customer service skills and be able to problem solve. We have a sign on bonus program, company parties, paid time off as well as paid holidays. Along with a supportive office staff, we also provide a company truck and phone. Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide quality installations of furnaces and air conditioners, ductless mini splits and IAQ in the residential and light commercial market.
- Complete paperwork and checklists as well as collect from customers at the end of the job.
- Schedule for work is Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with occasional overtime.
- Great customer service skills
- Work well with homeowners and colleagues
Qualifications and Skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- R.M.G.A. certification
- EPA Certification (classes available upon request)
- Valid driver’s license
- Self-motivated, problem solver
- Prompt with regular attendance

- $32-$36 per hour. Wage depending on experience.
