💰 Salary: $125,000 – $145,000 USD

Key Responsibilities:
\n
\n
✅ Lead and manage the end-to-end proposal development process
\n
✅ Coordinate with Business Development, Capture, Program, and Engineering teams
\n
✅ Ensure proposal compliance with customer requirements and RFP guidelines
\n
✅ Manage proposal schedules, reviews, and deliverables
\n
✅ Conduct status meetings and oversee proposal resources and assignments
\n
✅ Support post-submission activities and continuous process improvement
\n
\n
Requirements:
\n
\n
✔️ Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of related experience (or equivalent experience)
\n
✔️ Ability to obtain a security clearance
\n
✔️ Strong proposal management and stakeholder coordination skills
\n
✔️ Excellent writing, editing, and document management capabilities
\n
\n
Preferred Qualifications:
\n
\n
⭐ APMP or Shipley Certification
\n
⭐ Aerospace, Aviation, or Defense industry experience
\n
⭐ Advanced proposal development and desktop publishing experience
\n
⭐ Strong Microsoft Office skills
