Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing operations to meet production goals
- Manage and lead production teams to ensure efficiency and high performance
- Implement process improvements to maximize productivity and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve production issues
