Job Description:

The registered nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) provides specialized care for patients with complex health conditions that require close monitoring. The nurse will work in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering treatment, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

- Telemetry interpretation and management of cardiac, neuro, and Progressive Care Unit patients
- Participation in rapid response and post-cardiac procedure care
- Floating within competency as needed

Requirements:

- Current RN License
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- NIHSS certification
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
