We’re expanding in Salt Lake City, Utah and looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced General Manager to lead one of our locations.

What You’ll Do:
· Full P&L responsibility, including sales forecasting, inventory, labor cost, and cost management
· Lead, coach, and train a high-performance team of associates
· Build and maintain a culture focused on exceptional guest service
· Set and hold your team accountable for results
· Ensure safety, and compliance protocols are followed 100% of the time
What You Bring:
· 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced environment
· Proven skills in team development, training, and leadership
· Strong background in financial and P&L management
· A passion for building culture and delivering unforgettable guest service
· Creativity and drive to implement local marketing strategies
· A hands-on, lead-by-example management style
· Desire to work with top performers and continue developing professionally

· $55,000–$65,000 base salary to start
