Bennett, Tueller, Johnson & Deere is looking for a Receptionist to join our administrative team. The receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, attorneys, and staff and plays a key role in the firm's daily operations.
Schedule
This is a full-time, in-office position: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch. The receptionist opens the office each morning and covers the front desk throughout the day. Hours worked over 40 per week are paid at time-and-a-half.
What you'll do
- Welcome clients and visitors and maintain a positive front-desk experience
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage calendars and shared inboxes
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Prepare conference rooms and coordinate food orders for meetings
- Support firm events and assist with administrative projects

- Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., in the office — this schedule is firm, and the desk must be covered and ready by 8:00 a.m. sharp
- Excellent attendance and punctuality — the front desk cannot go uncovered
- Genuinely enjoys greeting clients, visitors, vendors, attorneys, and staff in a warm, professional manner
- Comfortable answering and directing calls on a multi-line phone
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Willing to pitch in wherever needed: mail and deliveries, calendars and shared inboxes, conference rooms, food orders, office supplies, firm events, and administrative projects
- Positive attitude and a high standard of service
- Prior receptionist, administrative, clerical, or law firm experience preferred
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
