We’re a respected, locally owned shop in Provo, Utah, known for a spotless workspace, modern tooling, and a team-first mindset. Our culture is family-oriented, our standards are exacting, and our customers trust us because we deliver—every time.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • A reputation you can stand behind—three decades of community trust.
  • A clean, organized, and well-equipped facility with current diagnostic software and tools.
  • A supportive crew that values expertise, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Consistent workflow and a stable customer base.

What You’ll Do

  • Own drivability and electrical diagnostics using advanced equipment and platforms like Alldata and Mitchell OnDemand.
  • Execute complex repairs across engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, HVAC, and vehicle electrical systems.
  • Explain findings and repair plans to service advisors and customers; recommend preventive maintenance.
  • Lead by example—coach junior technicians and enforce rigorous quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct test drives and post-repair inspections to validate work.
  • Document all services and repairs accurately.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized bay in line with all safety requirements.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of professional experience as an Automotive Technician in a passenger vehicle shop.
  • Your own comprehensive set of professional-grade tools.
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Advanced proficiency with computerized diagnostic equipment and technical manuals.
  • Preferred: Current ASE Master Technician Certification.
  • Sharp diagnostic reasoning, meticulous attention to detail, and high-quality workmanship.
  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation, Schedule, and Perks

  • $80,000–$110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Monday–Friday schedule with half days on Saturday as needed; most major holidays off.
  • Company-paid training, education, and recertification support.
  • Latest diagnostic tools and a well-organized shop environment.
  • Collaborative culture with opportunities to mentor and lead.
  • Predictable workload in a busy, respected operation.
  • Uniforms provided after the probationary period.
