Position Summary: Our ENT department has an opening for a part-time receptionist. This position will average approximately 20 hours per week in a Provo office. If you enjoy making a significant contribution to patient care and are quick and thorough, you will enjoy this position.
Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities include appointment scheduling, greeting patients, telephone coverage and providing general support for the medical office to function efficiently.
Qualifications: Professional image, excellent telephone etiquette and computer skill, accurate spelling and grammar, experience in customer service - preferably in the healthcare environment.
Hours: Tuesday and Thursday 8:00A-5:00P Every other Friday 8:00A-5:00P
