Title: Quality Engineer III
Location: Salt Lake City, UT 84116 (Onsite 4 days/week, 1 day remote)
Pay Rate: $55 to $70/hr on W2
Job Summary:
- Seeking an experienced Quality Engineer III with 5+ years of medical device experience to support sustaining engineering projects, design changes, and product maintenance.
- The role focuses on Design Controls, Risk Management, and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- Medical Device or regulated industry experience
- Design Controls & Design Transfer
- ISO 14971 Risk Management
- 21 CFR 820 / QMSR
- Basic statistical analysis (Minitab preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
Preferred Skills:
- IQ/OQ/PQ Process Validation
- CAPA
- Supplier Quality
- Disposable medical device experience
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
