Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide physical therapy services in a school setting located in Provo, UT, assisting children with a variety of needs to help them achieve their educational and developmental goals. Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid physical therapy license
- Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or similar settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students physical therapy needs
- Develop and carry out therapy interventions tailored to students goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to integrate therapy goals into the educational environment
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards
