- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) or Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
- 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
- EMR System: EPIC
- State (UTAH) Registered Radiologic Technician
