Enrollment & Credentialing Specialist

Salt Lake City, UT | Full-Time


We are seeking a detail-oriented Enrollment & Credentialing Specialist to join our healthcare team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in provider credentialing who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.


What You'll Do:

• Manage provider enrollment, credentialing, and re-credentialing processes

• Maintain accurate provider records and documentation

• Conduct primary source verification and application processing

• Prepare and submit credentialing materials to payers and committees

• Track license, certification, and credential expirations

• Collaborate with internal teams and external organizations to resolve credentialing issues


What We're Looking For:

• Experience in medical enrollment and/or credentialing

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards

• Proficiency with credentialing software and Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
