Are you a bilingual (English/Spanish), licensed massage therapist who loves helping people recover from auto accidents while building a flexible, high-earning career with real growth potential?
Avista Medical is a rapidly expanding practice specializing in auto accident injury care. We integrate Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Chiropractic Care to create the most effective recovery environment for patients. Working nearly exclusively with auto insurance carriers, we deliver faster healing, better outcomes, and seamless claims support. As we scale and open new locations across Utah, we’re looking for motivated, skilled massage therapists ready to join our collaborative team and grow with us.
What You’ll Do
- Provide targeted therapeutic massage for motor vehicle accident injuries (whiplash, soft tissue trauma, muscle tension, scar tissue work, and pain relief).
- Collaborate closely with Chiropractors and Physical Therapists to develop personalized, integrated treatment plans that maximize patient recovery.
- Work with auto insurance adjusters, attorneys, and patients to support smooth billing and outstanding results.
- Help drive practice growth by supporting new location openings and expanding our service areas.
- Receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced chiropractic and multi-disciplinary professionals with over a decade of proven success in the accident injury market.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish — strong verbal and written communication in both languages required.
- Active Utah Massage Therapist license (or equivalent certification).
- Passion for therapeutic massage in an injury recovery setting and a strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented with a growth mindset and willingness to contribute to practice expansion.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at our Taylorsville and/or Provo locations (full-time or part-time schedules available).
