We are actively recruiting for a customer-driven, administrative assistant to enter data from paper formats into computer files or database systems, Typing in data provided directly from customers, clients and/or vendors, Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes, Verify, update and retrieve data or electronic files as requested, Sort, organize and file paperwork to ensure it is not lost. Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch-typing system is strongly preferred, Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.), Have a working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices, Basic understanding of databases, Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills, Great attention to detail. We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated and able to trouble-shoot issues as they arise and perform as a Team Player. The candidate for this position must be able to arrive on-time. Previous accounting experience with Sage software is a plus, and/or strong knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable is recommended. Skills include but are not limited to good writing skills, able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and record deliveries to customers
  • Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
  • Experience in data entry
  • Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
