Job Title: Saw Machine Operator

Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with possible overtime as needed

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Saw Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining saw machinery to accurately cut materials according to specifications while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate band saws, cold saws, or other cutting machinery safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and measuring tools
• Measure and cut materials to precise specifications
• Perform routine machine setup and adjustments
• Inspect finished materials for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Assist with material handling and general production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to read tape measures and basic blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
