Are you Superstar Property Manger 
 
The ideal candidate will be leasing and resident culture focused and managing our property near the University of Utah in beautiful Sale Lake City, Utah
&nbsp;
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Focus on leasing for the upcoming school year</li>
<li>Leasing to multifamily market</li>
<li>Assist all outside vendors with property issues</li>
<li>Manage property inventory</li>
<li>Solve all maintenance requests filed by property inhabitants</li>
<li>Supervise all property staff</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Property management and or leasing experience preferred</li>
<li>At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and strong communication skills</li>
</ul>
 
Compensation
<ul>
<li>55-85k depending on qualifications and experience</li>
<li>Full health benefits and bonus based on performance up to $35k</li>
