We are seeking a dedicated Equipment Operator to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our automated assembly machines. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a clean room environment and is passionate about maintaining the highest quality standards in medical device assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate simple automated assembly machines safely and efficiently.
• Interpret machine faults and perform necessary adjustments.
• Conduct inspections and testing to ensure product quality.
• Complete production records and work order documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform visual inspections with and without magnification tools.
• Capability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand or sit for the duration of the shift.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Preferences:

• Basic experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience in operating simple machines.
