We areseekingan experienced and highly motivatedNurse Practitioner (NP)orPhysician Assistant (PA)to become a key provider in our dedicated WeightManagementprogram. This provider will work exclusively inourweightloss and nutritioncenterdelivering patientcentered, compassionate care in a supportive,team-drivenenvironment.

You will work closely withasupervising physician andcertified health coaches in a dynamic, patient-focused clinic designed to help individuals achieve meaningful and sustainable weight loss outcomes.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide comprehensive weight management care under the supervision of a physician

• Perform physical examinations and document detailed patient histories

• Order and interpret labs related to obesity medicine, metabolic health, and chronic conditions

• Diagnose, treat, and manage obesity-related conditions and comorbidities

• Prescribe medications withinscopeof practice (e.g., GLP-1s, appetite suppressants, etc.)

• Develop individualizedweight lossplans incorporating nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior support

• Collaborate with health coaches to track progress and adjust care plans

• Maintainaccurateandtimelydocumentation in the EMR

• Use sound clinical judgment in afast paced,schedule drivenenvironment

• Participate in continuing education and supportive clinic initiatives

• Performadditionalduties as needed to support patient success

Qualifications

• National certification as an NP or PA

• Current Utah licensure, DEA, and all required certifications

• 35 years of clinical experiencerecommended(obesity medicine or primary care experience preferred)

• Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills

• Ability to connect with, motivate, and encourage patients throughout theirweight lossjourney

• Comfortable working in a collaborative,patient focusedteam environment

• Innovative, enthusiastic, and able to think independently in dynamic clinical situations

• Spanish language skills are helpful, but notrequired
