We areseekingan experienced and highly motivatedNurse Practitioner (NP)orPhysician Assistant (PA)to become a key provider in our dedicated WeightManagementprogram. This provider will work exclusively inourweightloss and nutritioncenterdelivering patientcentered, compassionate care in a supportive,team-drivenenvironment.
You will work closely withasupervising physician andcertified health coaches in a dynamic, patient-focused clinic designed to help individuals achieve meaningful and sustainable weight loss outcomes.

Essential Job Functions
- Provide comprehensive weight management care under the supervision of a physician
- Perform physical examinations and document detailed patient histories
- Order and interpret labs related to obesity medicine, metabolic health, and chronic conditions
- Diagnose, treat, and manage obesity-related conditions and comorbidities
- Prescribe medications withinscopeof practice (e.g., GLP-1s, appetite suppressants, etc.)
- Develop individualizedweight lossplans incorporating nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior support
- Collaborate with health coaches to track progress and adjust care plans
- Maintainaccurateandtimelydocumentation in the EMR
- Use sound clinical judgment in afast paced,schedule drivenenvironment
- Participate in continuing education and supportive clinic initiatives
- Performadditionalduties as needed to support patient success
Qualifications
- National certification as an NP or PA
- Current Utah licensure, DEA, and all required certifications
- 35 years of clinical experiencerecommended(obesity medicine or primary care experience preferred)
- Strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to connect with, motivate, and encourage patients throughout theirweight lossjourney
- Comfortable working in a collaborative,patient focusedteam environment
- Innovative, enthusiastic, and able to think independently in dynamic clinical situations
- Spanish language skills are helpful, but notrequired

40 hoursper week
