Job DescriptionHello, Meadow Brook Rehab & Nursing in Salt Lake City, UT is actively looking to hire a part-time RN or LPN for our morning med-pass shift, Mon-Fri from approximately 6AM-10AM. There is some flexibility which shifts you pick up.Job Description:Administer patient medication according to physician's ordersChart the medication administration as requiredMonitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and adviceRequirements:Possess a current RN or LPN license in good standingEffectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc.Able to make decisions independently when warrantedKnowledge of medical and nursing practices and proceduresThorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long term care
