Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Setting: Hospital
Schedule: 40 Hours per week, 07:00-17:00 (10-hour days)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience as a CSFA
- Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in the OR
- Valid Certified Surgical First Assist license
- Be willing to obtain Utah licensure
