Minimum Qualification Gate
To protect our fleet and your future, we enforce a strict baseline. You must present verifiable proof of at least three (3) consecutive months of Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience. No exceptions. No "recent graduates with a permit" loopholes. Your experience must be documented and confirmable through prior employer records or motor carrier inquiry.
Safety Gate Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
We engineer our hiring around risk reduction. Your driving history must pass the following gates:
- Zero (0) DUIs or alcohol-related convictions in the past five (5) years.
- No more than one (1) preventable accident in the past two (2) years.
- No more than two (2) moving violations in the past two (2) years.
If your record exceeds these thresholds, we thank you for your interest but ask that you reapply after your record clears. We prioritize a clean-slate culture.
Compensation Structure (Weekly Scale)
We pay for performance, not promises. Your weekly earnings are designed to scale toward a $1,750 ceiling, based on verified dispatched miles, safe operation bonuses, and on-time compliance metrics. This is a realistic target for a focused operator who runs consistent, legal hours. No bait-and-switch. No "unlimited" fantasy numbers. Just a solid, attainable scale.
- Base pay per dispatched mile (competitive for the Salt Lake market)
