Quality Technician, Complaints
We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician, Complaints to support complaint investigations for medical devices. In this role, you'll receive and document returned products, perform initial visual inspections, conduct basic product testing, and collaborate with Quality Engineers to support root cause investigations while ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register, document, photograph, and inspect returned complaint devices
- Perform basic product testing (e.g., leak, flow, and measurement tests)
- Support complaint investigations and root cause analysis
- Maintain accurate records in quality systems
- Follow cGMP and quality procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complaint resolution
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a quality role within the medical device industry
- Knowledge of cGMP and quality documentation practices
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; TrackWise experience is a plus
- Willingness to handle and process returned (used) medical devices following established safety procedures
