Home Health Aide
Job Summary:
At SYNERGY HomeCare of Salt Lake City, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide non-medical support to clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and social engagement to clients

Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and Hoyer lifts
-
Participate in morning and evening care routines

Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Remind clients of medication schedules
-
Build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members

Flexible Day & Evening Availability: 5:00 AM – 12:00 AM

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old

CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain after interview)

Ability to pass a national background check

Valid driver's license

Reliable vehicle

Current auto insurance and registration
