Job Summary
We are seeking a Collections professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Salt Lake City, UT within the banking and consumer lending industry. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in collections, customer support, account servicing, or financial services who enjoys helping customers resolve account issues while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding past-due accounts and assist with payment resolution options.
- Provide professional customer support while gathering account information and documenting conversations accurately.
- Review account details, payment history, and customer circumstances to determine appropriate next steps.
- Follow internal procedures and applicable compliance guidelines related to collections and consumer lending.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and service standards in a fast-paced customer care environment.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve account questions, disputes, or customer service concerns.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: $17.50 to $19.00 per year.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Salt Lake City, UT.
