Shift & Schedule
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: 6 days per week, 1 day off
Overtime: Yes (Mandatory)
Weekend Work: Yes- Candidate will get 1 day off a week and will need to provide their preferred day off (provide 3 different days- will try to accommodate but not guaranteed.
Job Summary
Seeking reliable General Laborers to support a high profile renovation project at the Delta Center. This role will assist concrete cutting and demolition crews with material handling, site clean up, and general labor duties in an active construction environment operating 24/7.
Essential Job Duties
Assist concrete cutting crews with chipping, cleaning, and debris removal
Lift, move, and load cut concrete panels and materials for haul off
Perform general site labor including sweeping, staging materials, and maintaining cleanliness
Act as spotters when working around equipment
Work safely around bobcats, excavators, and heavy equipment (no operation unless certified)
Follow all site specific safety procedures and PPE requirements

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Previous construction or general labor experience preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
Ability to work 12 hour shifts, days or nights
Strong attendance and reliability
Comfortable working in outdoor and active construction environments
Must follow safety policies and jobsite rules
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in concrete, demolition, or construction
Familiarity working around heavy equipment
OSHA 10 (or willingness to obtain)
Overtime and long hours are expected
Strong performers may be considered for future A Core projects and phases

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
