Job Summary
You will help prepare materials and components for fabrication by using shop tools, cleaning edges, and getting parts ready for the next production step. Daily work may include operating grinders, drills, and saws while following work instructions and safety procedures. This role takes place in a busy fabrication and warehouse-style environment where accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail matter. A strong fit is comfortable with hands-on work, understands basic fabrication processes, and can stay productive in a team setting. Welding knowledge is helpful but not required for success in this role.

Required Qualifications

Fabrication experience in a shop, production, or warehouse environment

Experience using a grinder for material prep or finishing work

Experience using drills and saws safely and accurately

Ability to follow work instructions, measurements, and safety procedures

Strong attention to detail when preparing parts and materials
Preferred Qualifications

Welding knowledge or exposure to welding processes

Experience reading basic shop drawings or fabrication instructions

Comfort using common measuring tools in a fabrication setting
