Established (40+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Commercial Litigation Attorney for Commercial Litigation and Business Disputes in Salt Lake City, Utah
An established firm based in Salt Lake City, Utah with over 40+ years in practice is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This role focuses on commercial litigation, business disputes, contract claims, and complex civil litigation, representing businesses and individuals in state and federal courts while managing cases through all phases of litigation.

Salary range: $130,000-$180,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications
Active Utah Bar membership in good standing
Four years of experience handling commercial litigation and complex civil matters
Strong experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and court appearances
Trial and arbitration experience preferred
Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities
Represent clients in commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and substantive legal memoranda
Conduct and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials
Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and dispute resolution options
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver efficient and effective client service
Maintain active case management and meet court deadlines and client expectations - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
