Concrete Laborers – Footings & Foundations are vital members of a medium-sized crew responsible for constructing durable and precise footings and foundations at various job sites. Reporting to the Foreman, they work regular day shifts and frequently travel to multiple locations to ensure the successful completion of foundational concrete work.
Responsibilities
- Set up formwork accurately for concrete footings and foundations
- Install footings according to project specifications
- Pour and finish concrete foundations efficiently
- Prepare job sites by clearing, grading, and organizing materials
- Handle materials and tools safely to support construction activities
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulations on site
- Maintain clean and organized work areas after completing tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in concrete work
- Proficiency in hand tool operation
- Commitment to safety compliance
