Job DescriptionGeneral Production Worker – Sign-On Bonus!

$20/hr – Day Shift (7am–7pm)

$21/hr – Night Shift (7pm–7am)

Step into a role where your work truly matters. We’re hiring motivated Production Workers to join our client’s Extrusion Department as Downstream Operators—a critical position that keeps the production line running smoothly and ensures every product meets top-tier quality standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Use standard tools and measuring devices to verify product quality
  • Ensure finished product is wrapped neatly and evenly on reels
  • Monitor product quality throughout the entire production process
  • Identify and address basic abnormalities to keep operations efficient

What You Bring

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Familiarity with machine operation (extrusion experience is a plus)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt

Your Work Environment

  • Clean, organized, and primarily climate-controlled facility
  • 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule (one week 48 hours, next week 36 hours)
  • Some areas are non-climate controlled, but the team-oriented culture keeps the environment positive and collaborative

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salt Lake City, UT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
