Insight Global is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer in Salt Lake City, UT to support cable and wire harness manufacturing within an aerospace and defense environment.
 
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes being close to the production floor, working directly with technicians and solving real manufacturing problems.
 
What we’re looking for:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required, engineering degree strongly preferred</li>
<li>5+ years of manufacturing, production, or engineering experience</li>
<li>Cable and/or wire harness manufacturing or assembly experience</li>
<li>Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, technicians, and Operations</li>
</ul>
 
Nice to have:
<ul>
<li>Aerospace, defense, electronics, or other highly regulated manufacturing experience</li>
<li>Ability to obtain a security clearance</li>
</ul>
