We are seeking a Manufacturing Scheduler to be the heartbeat of our production flow at our new Salt Lake City Electronics Manufacturing Facility, which produces world-class wireless communications equipment for military and public safety customers around the world. You will bridge the gap between HQ Supply Chain strategy and factory-floor execution, ensuring our shipment goals are met through precise planning and proactive communication.

The Manufacturing Scheduler will work onsite at the new location in Salt Lake City, UT. While the position requires minimal long-term travel, it will travel extensively to Los Angeles for training during the initial 6 to 8 weeks. The position offers a base salary of $75,000 to $86,000, a 7% on target bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Scheduler

- Production Orchestration: Based on available materials and lead times, develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to ensure 100% attainment of shipment goals.
- Logistics Alignment: Coordinate all outbound shipping activities in direct alignment with the production schedule to ensure seamless transitions from the shop floor to customer delivery.
- Systems Mastery: Serve as the site Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all material planning and scheduling systems.
- Strategic Reporting: Lead daily production meetings, providing transparent updates on schedule clearness, potential bottlenecks, and the long-term monthly outlook.
- Shortage Management: Partner with the Manufacturing Supply Planner to identify material gaps; execute expedite activities and risk-mitigation strategies to prevent downtime.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the primary liaison between Site Management and HQ Materials to align local operations with global supply chain objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Support site-wide KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) by optimizing inventory flow and shipping priorities.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of factory scheduling experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Oracle Value Chain Applications certification (ASCP) is a plus.
- APICS Certification (CPIM) is a plus.
