Job Tittle : Molding Technician II 
 
Summary:
We are seeking a Mold Technician II to support the maintenance, repair, and performance of plastic injection molds in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role involves both in-press and bench work, ensuring tooling is running efficiently and meets quality standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform routine maintenance on injection molds</li>
<li>Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble complex tooling</li>
<li>Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support mold performance</li>
<li>Read and interpret 2D/3D drawings</li>
<li>Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators)</li>
<li>Maintain proper documentation and shop cleanliness</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, ISO, and company standards</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with shop tools</li>
<li>Basic understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and molding machines</li>
<li>Injection molding or tool maintenance experience preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with machining or hot runner systems is a plus</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma</li>
<li>0–2+ years of relevant experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment</li>
</ul>
