Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and compassionate BCBA Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our growing team. This full-time leadership position will work directly under the Clinical Director to ensure clinical excellence, staff compliance, training quality, and operational support across multiple states.
The ideal candidate is a licensed BCBA with strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting both clients and clinical staff.
Position Summary
The BCBA Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee quality assurance processes for clinical services, monitor BCBA and RBT compliance and hours, coordinate trainings and orientations, and provide ongoing support to clinical teams. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high standards of care and ensuring compliance with company policies, insurance requirements, and state regulations.
ResponsibilitiesClinical Quality Assurance

Conduct quality assurance reviews for BCBA and RBT documentation

Monitor clinical compliance and ensure adherence to ABA best practices

Review treatment plans, supervision logs, session notes, and authorizations

Assist in maintaining company-wide clinical standards and procedures

Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives
Staff Oversight & Support

Track and manage BCBA and RBT supervision hours and requirements

Monitor staff credentialing and compliance deadlines

Provide ongoing support and guidance to BCBAs and RBTs

Collaborate with clinical leadership to address staff performance concerns

Help ensure clinical teams are supported across multiple states
Training & Orientation

Oversee all staff trainings and new hire orientations

Coordinate onboarding processes for clinical staff

Assist with development and implementation of training materials
-
Ensure staff remain current with required certifications and trainings

Support continued professional development initiatives
Administrative & Leadership Duties

Work closely with the Clinical Director on company-wide initiatives

Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and operational processes

Maintain organized records and tracking systems
-
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Participate in leadership meetings and support company growth initiatives
Qualifications
-
Active and unrestricted BCBA certification required
-
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Experience working across multiple states preferred

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
