Your Opportunity
This role reports directly to executive leadership and provides the opportunity to shape the future of Quality across the organization.
You'll lead an established team responsible for:
- AS9100 & ISO 9001 Quality Systems
- Quality Compliance
- Metrology & Calibration
- Certified Welding Inspection (CWI)
- Quality Control Inspectors
- Internal & External Audits
- Supplier Quality
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives

What You'll Do
Lead People
- Coach, mentor, and develop an exceptional Quality team
- Build future leaders within the department
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and ownership
Improve the Business
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
- Strengthen Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions
- Improve quality metrics that drive business decisions
- Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Production
Lead Quality Excellence
- Oversee the Quality Management System
- Maintain AS9100, ISO 9001, and ASME compliance
- Lead customer and certification audits
- Improve inspection processes and quality reporting
- Ensure world-class customer satisfaction

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or related field preferred)
- 5+ years leading Quality teams within manufacturing
- Strong AS9100 experience
- Experience in precision machining or aerospace manufacturing
- Working knowledge of GD&T
- Experience leading customer and certification audits
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Passion for coaching people and building high-performing teams

- Certified Lead Auditor
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
- Lean Manufacturing
- Six Sigma Certification
- Metrology leadership experience
- ASME Quality experience
- Supplier Quality experience
