Drivers operate across structured freight corridors with steady customer demand and predictable dispatch cycles that support consistent weekly planning.Driver Position Details:• Weekly Pay is $1,400–$1,650• Home every 7–10 days with 34–48 hour reset• No-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook focus• Regional lane coverage with western route familiarity• Predictable dispatch scheduling with steady freight availabilityRegional routing structure emphasizes repeatable lane usage and operational consistency, helping drivers maintain stable mileage patterns and predictable weekly workflow. Drivers benefit from consistent freight cycles, minimal uncertainty between loads, and structured regional planning that supports dependable weekly income and efficient route execution.Equipment:Drivers operate late-model Freightliner and Kenworth trucks (2021 or newer) equipped with refrigerators, inverters, and automatic transmissions designed for regional comfort and efficiency. Trucks are assigned based on availability and maintenance cycles to support consistent uptime and reliable performance.
