Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 Yearly OTE

Start Date: March

Position Overview:

As a Termite Division Lead, you'll lead a team that conducts wood-destroying Termite inspections in residential properties, working primarily with warm leads from existing customers. You'll identify infestations and damage while offering both curative and preventative solutions to protect our customers' homes. This team is just starting up, there are currently 2 reps on the team and we are hoping to scale to 4 quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly team sales targets through effective one-call close strategies.
Lead a team of Sales Inspectors across multiple locations in different states.
Travel 50% of the year to ensure team targets and quotas are being met.
Conduct detailed interior and exterior home inspections.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
Prepare inspection reports and treatment plans as necessary.
Coordinate product installation details for customers.
Participate in daily training to foster a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

3+ years of in-home Termite sales experience with quota responsibilities.
2+ years of management and leading a sales team specializing in home based sales.
Must have a proven track record of leading 7 figure teams.
Strong communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written).
Proficient in CRM software and other relevant applications.
Valid driver's license.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ability to pass state licensing exams and requirements.

Compensation:

$150k-$250k OTE | Salary + profit share + uncapped commissions

Company vehicle & gas card

Monday - Friday, Saturday optional

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crawling in tight spaces.
Ability to navigate small spaces and work in different weather conditions.
Exposure to chemicals, pests, and structural hazards (safety gear provided).
