Core Skill Areas & Responsibilities

️ Endpoint & Hardware Support

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals.
  • Perform hardware replacements, upgrades, and repairs on endpoint devices.
  • Deploy and configure new workstations and end-user equipment.
  • Support both Windows-based and Mac-based environments.

Operating Systems & Software Deployment

  • Plan, test, and deploy operating system upgrades and enterprise software releases.

  • Perform workstation imaging for desktops, laptops, and other endpoint devices.
  • Maintain antivirus, patch management, and endpoint protection systems.

Infrastructure & Systems Support

  • Install and troubleshoot infrastructure components including servers and network-connected devices.

IT Service Management (ITSM)
