We are seeking a Project Engineer/Jr. Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of technology related projects across various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in project specific duties
• Monitor Procore for project details and update project team on those items
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Maintain required project documentation
• Direct and lead the work of technical staff
• Evaluate new IT strategies and procedures
• Serve as a liaison between Project Manager and General Contractor project team.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Procore which is a project management tool.
• Experience with Bluebeam
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Be able to formulate a professional email on different topics.
• Able to write an RFI (Project Managers and foreman will direct most of these.
• Able to track different project details as far as timeline, urgency and apprise your PM of hot items that need to be addressed.
• Be Self-motivated.
• This position could turn into a remote working position.
• Possess strong leadership qualities.
• Previous experience in information technology or other related fields
• Strong project management skills
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Able to prioritize tasks based on a timeline of when received, as well as items that the GC needs addressed.
