<li>Our trusted client is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Manager to lead day-to-day production operations at their growing facility in Salt Lake City. This is a key leadership role with long-term growth potential, open due to an upcoming retirement after nearly four decades of service.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead and mentor a production team (9–20 employees as operations scale)</li>
<li>Oversee scheduling, quality, and workflow across multiple departments</li>
<li>Work closely with leadership on process improvement and team development</li>
<li>Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and procurement teams</li>
<li>Maintain a visible, on-the-floor leadership presence</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3–5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on approach</li>
<li>Experience in custom or small-batch manufacturing preferred</li>
<li>Spanish language skills and ERP experience are a plus</li>
